How we handle your information.

We collect your name, phone numbers, email, property address, mortgage details, your timeline, and any notes. We also record whether you checked the contact-consent box, giving us consent to contact you.

We use your information to contact you about your request and, if requested, to prepare an offer to buy your home. If you checked the consent box, we may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. You can reply STOP to any text.

If you sign up for our emails, we use your address to send occasional foreclosure tips and Georgia updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove you at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our organization, such as our customer-management and phone systems, and only to handle your request. We may also share information when the law requires it.

When you type a property address on our Sell form, what you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest matching Georgia addresses. Google handles it under the Google Privacy Policy.

You may ask to verify, correct, or delete the information you sent us.
